08/03/2007 Entry: "GUITAR HERO"
Activision confirmed today via a teleconference that Metallica's One will appear on Guitar Hero III - it will be the original version by Metallica (not the often odd sounding covers that appear on some Guitar Hero tracks). The game manufacturer called Guitar Hero as the number one franchise in the US market. They expect the games popularity to increase when the new game, due before Thanksgiving expands to include the PlayStation 3 and Wii along with the franchise already established on PlayStation 2 and Xbox 360.
